Bruna Odello HONOREE 2006

Born in Italy near Lake Coma in Lombardia. She is a gregarious creative person, conversant in four languages, who lives her life as an example of top-quality women of Italian American origin. Although almost 80 years old, she leads her life with youth and vigor. She is well known for her many contributions to the Carmel Mission.

Bruna has held many offices at the mission, working tirelessly at the Carmel Mission Fiesta since 1964 to raise funds that support school activities and programs. Her community participation has been endless, from being a Gateway board member to her generous support of many Italian American Organizations.
