Frank Bruno HONOREE 2013

Updated: Mar 9, 2021

Frank Bruno was born in Monterey, CA on January 23, 1957 to Stoney and Anna Bruno. He grew up going to local schools and graduated from Monterey High School in 1975. He married his wife, Cindi in 1978 and they had four children; Frank, Alyssa, Nicole and Lindsey.

A General Contractor, he has successfully owned and operated Frank Bruno Builder, Inc. since 1980 and has built and restored many custom homes on the peninsula.

Frank has spent most of his adult life giving back to the youth in our community. He has coached baseball and softball for the past 25 years, sat on the board of directors for Pony Baseball for the past 14 years, as well as ran all the concessions for their league. For eighteen years he was the co-chair of the Bronco League World Series and chairperson for the last two years. Bronco League World Series is an event that brings 11-12-year olds from all over the world to the peninsula to compete. He can often be found behind a B-B-Q pit at Monterey High School football games volunteering his time at their concessions or fundraising for Monterey High's softball program.

Today, Frank's greatest joy is spending time with his granddaughters, Bella and Frankie Rae.
